You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To start the process, please email us at support@mmogoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

  • For defective or wrong items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (we cover the cost).
  • For "change of mind" returns: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect your unused item in its original packaging, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
