Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time.

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier delays or unforeseen natural events.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order status by visiting our "Track Your Order" page or by visiting the carrier's website directly.

MMOGOODS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

However, for most standard shipments to the United States valued under $800, customs duties are typically not applicable under current de minimis value regulations.

MMOGOODS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at mmogoodsofficial@gmail.com so we can assist you in locating the package or arranging a replacement.

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order.MMOGOODSis not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
