Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).
Return Process (How to start a return)
To start a return, please contact us at mmogoodsofficial@gmail.com.
- Step 1: Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Step 3: Pack the items securely and drop them off at the designated carrier.
Return Shipping Fee & Label
- For Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items:If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label.
- For Customer Remorse (e.g., ordered wrong size, changed mind):If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you (the customer) are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee
- We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Late Refunds: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
