ExileCon 2026 Revealed:
GGG's 20th Anniversary
Exiles, the wait is over. Grinding Gear Games has officially unveiled the details for ExileCon 2026. This event is not just a convention; it marks the 20th Anniversary of GGG, promising a celebration of "all things Path of Exile."
The event will take place on November 7 - 8, 2026 at the Aotea Centre in Auckland, New Zealand.
Show Times (NZDT)
According to the official schedule, the weekend is packed:
- Friday (Nov 6): Badge Pickup & VIP Dinner.
- Saturday (Nov 7): Convention All Day. This is likely when the Keynote with Game Directors Jonathan Rogers and Mark Roberts will take place.
- Sunday (Nov 8): Convention All Day & Party in Evening.
What's On: Key Highlights
Aside from the live announcements, here is what attendees can expect on the show floor:
1. ExileCon Card Game
The fan-favorite activity returns! Every attendee starts with a pack of equipment cards. You must "fight our developers" to earn more loot and exclusive rewards. This is a unique, physical card game only available at the event.
2. Race Finals (PoE 1 & PoE 2)
GGG confirmed that the event will host race finals for both Path of Exile AND Path of Exile 2. This confirms that the competitive scene for PoE 1 will remain active alongside the sequel.
3. Exclusive Demos
Play unreleased content on demo machines available to all attendees. This is your chance to give feedback directly to the developers.

- Upgrades: Upgrading between ticket types is supported if stock is available later.
- Tourism: GGG recommends visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set, Waitomo Glowworm Caves, and the Weta Workshop Tour while you are in New Zealand.
